I have over 7 years of experience. Over the last 5 years, I have had the privilege of working on products that are essential to the daily routine of millions of people. It taught me how different cultural and demographic factors play a big role in defining strategies and how accessible design truly makes a difference.
My approach towards design is teamwork, working with people from the research, product and marketing to craft solutions which are accessible, easy to use that have clean visual aesthetics. This in return, helps a business in generating more value, growth and better retention.
When I am not working, I spend my time looking to try out a new flavour of a freshly brewed beer. Shuffling genres on Spotify is another of my favourite pastime.

Dunzo - Merchant order processing
Dunzo aims to become the market leader for grocery needs in India. For us to accomplish this, we need to acquire and retain more customers. When we studied the reasons why customers were not getting retained, we discovered two major problems - customers were having quality-related issues and our delivery time was not consistent across the stores.

Dunzo - Tracking daily earnings
Dunzo is one of the largest delivery platforms in India. Its backbone is the delivery partners who serve 450,000 customers with their daily essentials and beyond. The majority of the delivery partners rely on Dunzo as their main source of income. The goal is to create a reassuring experience for Dunzo delivery partners to track their daily earnings easily.

Dunzo - Merchant Study
When a customer receives an item with quality issues, Dunzo refunds the entire amount to compensate for that bad experience. When the frequency increased, then not only Dunzo was losing money because of these refunds but it was also making customers lose their trust in the brand. To solve this, we moved our attention to our merchants and help them in designing processes and practices that are less prone to error and more efficient.

Ola - Driver app redesign
Millions of drivers across the world use Ola's Driver App to help people reach where they want to go. When Ola started scaling its operations internationally, the older app inaccessible and outdated design made it difficult to onboard and train more drivers at a pace. As a result, everything from app onboarding to navigation to driver earnings was redesigned.

Managing paper bills, important docs and IDs is a troublesome liability. Binbill is an e-home which helps people to store and manage their bills and docs. Users can track expenses, get reminders for expiry of warranty or insurance premium and access it anywhere from all your devices.
